OC for Darfur meeting on Tuesday, Mar 3rd

Hi everyone,

I hope you can join us for the planning meeting tonight at Steve Young’s office in Irvine.  All details are below.  We will discuss:

“In Darfur” play
–  Our first public performance is only two weeks away.  It will be at St. Anselm’s in Garden Grove on Sunday, March 15th at 6:30p.
–  In the meantime, we need someone who some skills as a carpenter.  We need to create 7 wooden cubes that will be used in the production.  If you know anyone who has such skills, please contact me asap.  Thanks!

Talk by Adam Abaker (Wed, Mar 4th)
Adam escaped the genocide in Sudan and is currently living in the US.  I heard Adam speak last year and he was truly inspirational.  He will be speaking again tomorrow evening at the University Synagogue in Irvine.  Click here for more details.
